4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways like Razorpay/PayU/etc.

  • We do not store any of your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within India.

  • Delivery Charges

    • ₹50: Within Bengaluru City

    • ₹60: Within Karnataka State

    • ₹70: Within Courier Zone (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry)

    • ₹90: Metro Cities (Mumbai, Punjab, Ahmedabad, Goa)

    • ₹110: All other locations in India

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of successful payment.

  • Delivery time may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at info@alleyezonme.in with your order number.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • You can request for an exchange in the following situations:

    • Received the wrong product.

    • Received a damaged or defective item.

  • To be eligible for an exchange:

    • Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags.

  • Email us at info@alleyezonme.in with clear images and details.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

8. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

    • Product not available in stock post-payment.

    • Order canceled before dispatch.
